Why not just sign?
- A prenup signed without independent counsel is one of the easiest agreements to challenge later — but that cuts both ways, and you may be giving up rights you didn't know you had.
- Florida's 2023 alimony reform changed what can be waived and how. A draft prepared a year or two ago may contain language that no longer matches current statutory limits.
- Financial disclosure attached to the draft may be incomplete. Without a second set of eyes, you may sign based on a picture of the marital estate that is missing key pieces.
- Last-minute signing (days before the wedding) is a documented enforceability risk. Reviewing now — well before the ceremony — protects both of you.

Common questions
How fast is the turnaround?
Under 5 business days from the time we receive the draft and your completed intake. If you need it faster, mention it at intake — we can usually accommodate a 48-hour turnaround for an additional rush fee.
What's NOT included in the $895 flat fee?
Drafting your own prenup from scratch, drafting redlines on our letterhead to be sent directly to opposing counsel as a formal counter-proposal, or representing you in back-and-forth negotiation rounds. Those engagements are separate flat fees we quote after the review. The $895 covers the review, memo, recommendations, and 30-minute call.
Can you negotiate changes back to the other side for me?
Yes, but that's a separate engagement. After the review you'll know exactly what you want changed and why. If you'd like us to handle the negotiation directly with the other attorney, we'll quote a flat fee for that work based on the scope of the requested changes (typically $995–$1,995).
What if there are edits and we need a re-review?
Once the other side returns a revised draft, we offer a re-review at a reduced flat fee of $295 — covering the same clause-by-clause analysis applied to what changed, plus a 15-minute follow-up call. Multiple rounds are quoted individually.
