  • Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and access times, along with approximate location (such as city or state) inferred from your IP address.
  • Information from third parties. We may receive information from publicly available sources or from service providers that help us verify or enhance our records.

3. How we use information

  • respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, and communicate with you about your potential or actual matter;
  • perform conflict checks and other steps necessary to evaluate or provide legal services;
  • process payments and manage client records;

We use intake responses solely to evaluate and scope your potential engagement with the firm. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Service providers.With vendors that support our operations — such as cloud hosting, IT, e-signature, scheduling, and payment processing — under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;

  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of firm assets, with notice as required by law;
  • Professional advisors. With auditors, advisors, and counsel for compliance and legitimate business purposes; and
  • With your consent. When you direct or authorize us to share your information.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, and understand how the Website is used:

  • Essential cookies are necessary for core functionality, such as maintaining your secure session when you book or pay for a consultation;
  • Functional storage(including your browser's session storage) remembers your progress through the intake questionnaire and your interface choices;
  • Analytics cookies— we use Google Analytics (the Google tag) to collect aggregated, anonymized information about how the Website is used so we can improve it.

We do not use this Website to serve third-party targeted advertising. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal; because there is no common industry standard, the Website may not respond to every DNT signal, but where feasible or legally required we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. 8. Attorney-client privilege

Information shared within an established attorney-client relationship is protected by the attorney-client privilege. Information you submit through the public Website before signing an engagement letter is not privileged. Please do not submit confidential details through the intake questionnaire or contact forms until an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Client records are retained for at least six years after a matter closes, consistent with Rule 5-1.1 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. Non-client inquiry data is generally retained for up to 24 months, after which we delete or de-identify it.

10. Children's privacy

The Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Governing law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
