The process

How it works

From your first question to the final court order — every step is defined, communicated, and covered by your flat fee.

  1. Complete the free qualifier

Answer 8 questions about your situation — assets, children, agreement status. It takes under 5 minutes and there is no obligation. We use your answers only to scope the engagement.

  2. Receive a flat-fee quote

Within one business day you'll see a single quoted price covering attorney time, document drafting, filing fees tracking, and routine court appearances. No hourly billing. No billing surprises.

  3. Book a consultation

Schedule a 30-minute video or phone consult with your assigned attorney. This is your opportunity to ask questions and confirm the scope before signing anything.

  4. Sign engagement and pay

Review and sign the engagement letter electronically. Pay the flat fee via our secure payment portal. We accept credit cards, ACH, and payment plans for qualifying matters.

  5. Your attorney handles the filings

We prepare and file all required documents with the correct circuit court. You'll receive copies of every filing and notice as they occur.

  6. Court appearances and hearings

Routine appearances — required by the court — are included in your flat fee for qualifying matters. We notify you in advance and appear on your behalf where Florida law permits.

  7. Final order

Once the court enters the final judgment or order, we send you a certified copy and a plain-language summary of what it means for you going forward.

  8. Post-judgment support

Questions after the case closes? We offer a 30-day post-judgment window for follow-up questions at no additional charge. Modifications and enforcement are separate flat-fee matters if needed.
