Pierre A. Louis, ESQ is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Louis Law Group, a highly respected insurance litigation law firm in Florida. Over the course of his career, Pierre has supervised and facilitated the handling of more than 8,000 cases—ranging from hurricane claims (including those stemming from major storms like Hurricane Milton and Hurricane Helene) and mold-related disputes (mold remediation, mold removal, black mold) to personal injury matters (slip and fall, car accidents, truck accidents, and other accident claims). Under his leadership, these efforts have resulted in cumulative recoveries exceeding $200 million. A recognized authority in First Party property insurance litigation, Pierre assists policyholders with everything from denied claims to in-depth legal disputes requiring accident or injury lawyers. His practice has also expanded to include a robust Social Security Disability (SSDI and SSI) division, helping hundreds of individuals whose illnesses and disabilities prevent them from working. He also broadened his global perspective by studying at the University of Montpellier College of Law in France and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences (Political Science) from Florida Atlantic University’s Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College. Prior to his legal career, Pierre served for more than six years at the United States Coast Guard National Maritime Center, overseeing property management and monitoring significant annual budgets—efforts that earned him the Coast Guard Achievement Medal. This background instilled in him a disciplined approach to legal representation and a commitment to top-tier service. Born in Haiti, Pierre is fluent in Haitian-Creole, further enhancing Louis Law Group’s diverse, multilingual capabilities. Outside of the office, he enjoys boating, is married with twins (a boy and a girl), and has a beloved dog named Storm.
